Elbac Electric Sales Process

  1. Review the service area for installations, the adders, the dealer fees and reviews as listed on the Installer Review page. Be sure you have the proper logins for the finance portals they require, including all loan options as well as their PPA option if applicable. You can get these login credentials by reaching out to the installer via the contact info listed on the installer's profile page.

  2. Click "Request Proposal" from the top tool bar and complete the web form. If you need an edit to the proposal, you can either email (or even better with Google Chat) to proposals@geteveenergy.com

  3. Your proposal will come via email. Go close that customer!

  4. If this is a PPA:

    1. Read the overview as detailed on the Solwerks page. You can also watch a training video on how to use the Solwerks portal (called Quickbase) by going here. Or, if you don't want to go through the learning process with Quickbase, our proposal team will do it for you.

    2. Once the customer is ready to move forward, you need to have the credit check link sent to the customer. You can either ask our proposal team to send it for you by emailing or using Google chat to speak with proposals@geteveenergy.com or you can log into your Quickbase account to send it yourself. If you want but do not have a Quickbase account, contact Solwerks by emailing marlonisolar@gmail.com.

    3. Once the customer has passed their credit check (which either the customer can confirm, our proposal team can confirm or you can confirm via Quickbase), you will need a contract sent. Again, you will either log into Quickbase to send the contract or you can ask your proposal team to do so for you.

    4. Once the contract has been signed by you, the customer will receive the DocuSign to complete. Once the contract has been signed, you are almost at the finish line!

    5. From the customer, get a recent utility bill, get a picture of a voided check, get the customer's login credentials for their utility account and complete the welcome call with Solwerks. The phone number to call for the welcome call is 951-252-6383

    6. The final step is to go to the Report New Deal form. Complete this form and upload all of the documents and information you gathered from the previous step.

    7. If or when you would like to get information regarding the current or next step for any given project, you will reach out to the installer.

  5. If this is a purchase:

    1. Click the Request Proposal link on the top tool bar and complete the web form. If you need a price for a more specialized item that is not covered on the installer's adders list, reach out to the installer directly. Any verbal agreements you make with the installer should also be put into writing via email and sent to both the installer as well as sales@geteveenergy.com in order to not create issues in the future regarding pricing and your commission.

    2. You will receive your proposal by email. You can get edits to your proposal by emailing or using Google Chat to speak with proposals@geteveenergy.com.

    3. Once the customer is prepared to move forward, you can either log into Quickbase and send the contract yourself, or simply ask our proposal team to send the contract for you.

    4. If this is a financed project (not cash), YOU are responsible for logging into the applicable finance portal and sending the credit check document and the loan documents for signature. Be sure you are using the correct finance URL as it pertains to the installer you have chosen (i.e., you might have multiple Dividend or Mosaic accounts; one for each installer. Be sure you are using the right one).

    5. The final step is to go to the Report New Deal form. Complete this form and upload a utility bill
